Dr. Vivian La Ferla is this year’s recipient of the Amedeo DeRobbio Memorial Award given by the Rhode Island Mathematics Teachers Association (RIMTA). Vivian is a Professor in both the Department of Educational Studies and the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Rhode Island College. She was recognized at RIMTA’s Annual Spring Conference on March 25, 2023.
